Solar Flex is an independent solar referral and lead generation service. We are not a solar installation company, utility, government agency, lender, or financial institution. We connect individuals who request information about solar energy products or services with third-party solar companies, installers, EPCs, sales organizations, and related provider networks ("Providers").
Your relationship with any Provider is separate from your relationship with Solar Flex.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways:
A. Information You Provide
You may choose to provide information such as:
• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Street address and property details
• Utility or electricity usage (if provided)
• Any information you include in messages or form submissions
This typically happens when you request a quote, submit your information, or communicate with us.
B. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:
• IP address
• Browser and device type
• Pages viewed, session length, and referral source
• Cookie and pixel data
• Advertising interaction data
C. Consent and Verification Technologies
To document your request to be contacted, we use consent validation tools such as:
• ActiveProspect TrustedForm
• Jornaya LeadiD
These systems may capture:
• The URL and page where you submitted your information
• Mouse movements and click patterns
• Form fields you interacted with

• A visual snapshot of the page at the time of submission

• We do not install solar systems or perform contracting services. The Services exist to connect you with Providers.
4. How We Share Your Information

• Solar Providers / Installers / EPCs: To contact you regarding quotes or project evaluation
• Solar sales dealer networksWhere Provider outreach is managed on a shared platform
• CRM and lead routing systems (including GoHighLevel and similar platforms):To assign and track your inquiry and communication history
• Call centers and appointment-setting partners: To schedule consultations or verify details you provided
• Consent-tracking platforms (TrustedForm, Jornaya): To document that you requested to be contacted
• Advertising and analytics services: To improve marketing effectiveness and website performance
Once your information is shared with a Provider, that Provider becomes responsible for how they use, store, and communicate with you. Their privacy practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy.
If you wish to stop receiving communications from a Provider, you must contact that Provider directly.
5. Data Broker and Lead Marketplace Transparency Statement
Solar Flex shares your information only for the purpose of connecting you with solar Providers you have requested information from.
Solar Flex does not share your information for unrelated marketing and does not permit Providers to use your information for any purpose other than contacting you regarding solar products, services, or project evaluation.
You may opt out at any time. See Section 8 below.
6. SMS, Phone, and Email Communications (TCPA Notice)
By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive communications from Solar Flex and Providers, which may include:
• Calls
• SMS or MMS text messages
• Emails
Some communications may use auto-dialing or automated messaging systems.
You understand and agree that:
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Message frequency varies.

To stop calls: request removal during any call
