Pay for your upgrades upfront and avoid interest or loan fees. This option gives you full ownership immediately and keeps your overall project cost as low as possible.

Payment is typically made in a few scheduled installments, with the final amount due at installation. This is the most straight-forward and cost-effective way to move forward.

Financing

You can finance your upgrades through one of our trusted lending partners.

We offer multiple loan term options designed to fit a wide range of budgets and credit situations.

Financing allows you to complete your upgrades and pay with predictable low monthly payments.

This allows you to preserve cash on hand while still moving forward with needed improvements.

Lease or PPA

If you bundle solar with your upgrades, you may qualify to lease or PPA all of your upgrades with your solar.

This allows you to pay a low monthly fee to use the electricity the system produces, while getting the benefit of your other upgrades. After the term is finished, the solar system is returned to us.
